Kim Laudati, Founder & President

As a Korean-Italian, her heritage is where her “East meets West” skin philosophy comes from. Kim’s own transformative journey, from Rosacea and acne, to having consistently great skin regardless of age fuels her drive to provide that same metamorphosis for everyone.

She followed her passion for amazing skin by becoming a licensed and multi-certified medical aesthetician in 2007. Being a firm believer in staying current with the ever-changing industry of medical aesthetics (which includes cosmeceutical skincare ingredients, cosmetic lasers and other devices, injectables and biologics) Kim and the staff attend frequent annual certification trainings, conventions and events. Devices are also updated on a regular basis.

Consistent dedication to education ensures safe, effective, targeted skin programs. Kim can often be seen posting on social media while at the latest conventions, and device and product launches by Industry giants such as Candela® Medical, Lumenis, Sciton, Alma and others. She is also a well-known and sought after medical aesthetic Trainer, working closely with Candela® Medical NY and is an Ambassador for Innopen Microneedling and Oxyserums.

Our esteemed Medical Director is a graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed an intense residency in upstate NY. She is multi-certified in medical aesthetic modalities including Botox® Cosmetic injections. Since her youth, her interest in medicine stems from a genuine desire to help others, and the want to provide comprehensive care. She practices from the heart, striving to always make a positive impact upon the life of each patient.

Dr. Thomas Spalla, Chief Medical Officer

Our SomaCell™ Chief Medical Officer, facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Thomas Spalla brings over a decade of expertise in private practice and academia from the Philadelphia and South Jersey regions. As a trusted specialist, he ensures our patients receive exceptional care and outstanding results. Dr. Spalla played a pivotal role in advancing the Division of Otolaryngology at Cooper University and establishing its otolaryngology residency program. With a strong teaching foundation, he served as a curriculum developer for Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and continues to lecture nationally on facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology.

Dr. Spalla is a prolific contributor to the field, with over a dozen published papers, several book chapters, and co-authorship of a textbook on facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, available on Amazon.

After leaving academia to establish his practice, Dr. Spalla brings his signature expertise and artistic touch to Manhattan. He offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Melenie, Lead Medical Aesthetician

Melenie is a multi-certified, NYS licensed Master medical aesthetician who also holds her Associates in health care and a minor in Biology. Her passion for providing excellence in skincare rejuvenation shines through in everything she does. Melenie has been the Lead Medical Aesthetician for IT Intelligent Treatment since 2011 and continues to excel in the world of clinical and medical cosmetic aesthetics. As a laser and all-around regenerative skin treatment professional, she takes the utmost care in delivering the best treatments possible.

Melenie is also a Medical Aesthetic Trainer for IT, helping other licensed professionals reach their goals and dreams. She does not rest on her laurels, joining founder and President Kim in attending annual conventions, courses, device, and product launches to maintain the highest level of knowledge. A graduate of the renowned Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics, her science-based approach is matched only by her relentless commitment to staying at the forefront of modern skincare. What sets Monica apart goes beyond credentials; her background in mental health and social work, combined with her own personal skin journey, gave her a profound understanding of the relationship between skin, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Jana Prendergast, Holistic Nutritionist

Jana Prendergast is a holistic nutritionist, founder of Well Nourished Nutrition, and a passionate advocate for living longer — and living better. Inspired by her own health journey in her early 20s, when painful joint inflammation and rosacea led her to confront a family history of rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, Jana turned to nutrition, stress management, and mindful living to reclaim her health and discovered her life’s calling in the process.
